Choose the photo directly. Its filename does not need to match the ID.

Name and ID are required before export. Add your school name and address in School identity. The PDF places your single card on an A4 print sheet.

School identity Reuse your saved school profile

Save school settings for reuse. Student records, photos and signatures are not saved.

Photos & card layout Match by ID or explicit filename

Name photos by ID (001.jpg) or map a Photo column. Ambiguous matches require your choice. Photos are never assigned by row order.

Keep the whole photo to preserve the face and head. Inspect every crop before printing.
